My excitement is at its peak!
Navratri is a day away. Every year just before Navratri I am always full of excitement, anxiety and vigour.
Because every Navratri I challenge myself to do the Navrun!
Hi everyone. I am Amit Chilka. I am a 10X Success Coach. I catalyse peak performance for individuals and organisations. I have helped over a 1000 professionals and multiple organisations to craft a strategy, plan the execution and achieve for 10X results.
But, while I boast of doing these big things today, I would like to admit I wasn’t born a peak performer. I have had my share of lows. I used to work very hard and didn’t get the results. In my quest to find the secrets behind peak performance I took up a lot of challenges. Navrun was one of them.
It is a 9 km run every day for 9 days in a row wearing the colour of the day.
And 9 km x 9 days, frankly, is no big deal.
However, for the last 3 years I have been fasting for all 9 days and running the 9 km barefoot. To level up the challenge, this year I will be water-fasting on all the 9 days!
By challenging myself every time – I have been able to uncover the secrets of peak performance which I intend to bring to you though my video series – Run to your peak : 9 peak performance lessons from my barefoot Navrun.

But wait, why just learn from my experience? How about you learn from your experiences too? So, to make the most of the learning I dare you to take up the Navrun challenge.
Well, if 9 km overwhelms you – don’t worry. You can choose any small distance you are comfortable with. Also, you could do whatever exercise you want – run, cycle, walk, or maybe even crawl. Just commit to doing it every day for 9 days. The distance you choose could be as less as a km!
